As Para’s Head of Credit, Emily focuses on underwriting, fraud detection, and risk mitigation. Her work ensures that Para can offer their suite of financial tools safe and effective to customers.
Laurel is the Head of Operations & Customer Support here at Para. Her team manages the customer experience and ensures all customers have the tools they need for success.
Parth is the Engineering Manager at Para. He runs the mobile team and ensures the mobile app experience is smooth for our customers.
Internships at Para offer a unique opportunity to work on complex projects in a high growth environment. We offer internship opportunities through the Waterloo Internship Program and the Kleiner Perkins’ Fellowship across many departments at Para!
Our internship programs run in summer, fall, and winter. Typically, these programs run for 16 weeks (Canada) or 12 weeks (US).
There may be opportunities to hire interns full time at the end of their program. Our product, design, and engineering teams all have full time employees who started as interns! Grow and learn with the Para team.
